This money is entirely military aid and Israel uses it to uphold its apartheid system.
As far as I am aware, they are not my actual tax dollars, but as our government is one of the U.S.'s closest allies, my tax dollars do inadvertently end up supporting U.S. endeavours, whether I agree with them or not. The video and further commentary can also be found here.
