I am lucky, why can't my luck be extended to all?

I am lucky, and I do not think I really have any idea of what many other people face day to day. It is so far out of my experience. Update from the Palestinian mother who was denied access, by Egypt, to return to her Gazan home. She is back in the U.S., and it seems that with this refusal, she is on her way to being made one of the worldwide number of refugees without a country or state.
